Spare room (s) in family home (Scotland)

My 16 year old son and I have a spare room(s) for a Mum and older son 12 + or teenage boy ​/​ brothers (12-16) on their own requiring safe place to stay. We live in a small town and have a friendly pet dog. I have enhanced disclosure and work in children and families social services.
