We have a large double room available in a family-friendly house in Chelmsford​,​ UK. Just 30 miles from London. It’s a 4-bed house that you would share with me​,​ my wife and our 3 kids (aged 3​,​ 6 and 8). We can accommodate 1 parent and 1 child. It would be particularly suitable for someone with a child also aged 3-8. The child could share a room with the parent or with our own children if of a similar age. We are walking distance from the city centre and Chelmsford is just 35 minutes from central London by train.
