Large Room

About this listing

We have turned our second living room into a guestroom - it is very large with a double bed and we can add another single (or bunkbed) if needed. The picture only shows half of the room. The room has a TV. We also have a spare laptop for your use. The bedroom is on the ground floor with a full bathroom (not ensuite). We have a nice sized garden and we are surrounded by play parks. The primary school is only 5 minutes walk from the house and they do have spaces available. I am happy to spend time helping you to settle in. We hope to find a family with children as we have everything set up for them. We have two boys (ages 3 & 6) and a kitten. Our location is brilliant - no pollution but very close to 3 large cities and lots of busses and trains.
