We are a married couple our kids are grownups and do not live with us any more - so we can offer space on our now empty 1st floor that you would have for yourself with 2 rooms​,​ your own small bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a garden with a playhouse in our backyard. The house is next to an idyllic lake and forest area​,​ the SBahn S1 Station to Berlin is in 15 min walking distance - with a 45 min ride into the center of Berlin. A kindergarten​,​ primary school​,​ pharmacy and doctor are all in walking distance (10 min). The next store is a little further away with 20 min walking distance. We have a small dog (kid friendly).
