Separate Room-＞but sorry occupied

About this listing

Hi. We have got a separate room with an own bathroom in our House. It has got a 140*200 bed and an additional Couch​,​ that can be put to a bed too. We think it is the best for a mother with 1-2 children. We are a family of 4 with a dog and live in a House near Rosenheim in Bavaria. Our Kids are 4 and 9. We have a Garden and there is a playground in the street. There are some animals around us. Like sheep​,​ horses and cows. Nearby there is Kindergarden and school. SORRY the room is OCCUPIED!!!!
