Room in spacious family home

My husband and I have a family home with a spare room around 20 mins from the city of Lincoln in the north(ish) of the UK. We live in a small​,​ friendly community. It’s a double room​,​ and there is lots of space in our house​,​ albeit it is a busy family house. We have a 8 and 9 year old and two small dogs.
