Квартира 47 кв.м (вкл. балкон)​,​ тому у нас є спільна вітальня (2 фото)​,​ маленька кухня​,​ ванна. Я живу в студентському районі​,​ там гарно​,​ але іноді вночі дуже гучно та жваво. Кімната виходить на вулицю​,​ а також місце для паркування та великий гарний дитячий майданчик​,​ де люди часто спілкуються вночі. В будинку та квартирі переважно тихо. Hello Ukrainian women​,​ Iam offering a bed (1​,​40 m) in an extra room (8qm) for 1 female Person ( with a little child). The flat is 47 qm (incl. balcony)​,​ so we are share livingroom (2. photo) small kitchen​,​ bath. I live in a student area​,​ it's nice there but also sometimes very loud and lively at night times. The room is facing the street and a parking place and a big nice playground​,​ where people socialize often at nighttimes. Inside the house and flat it ist mostly quiet. I am more the artistic alternativ kind of typ and that is how my flat also looks like. Iam a 51 old female and vegetarian and non-smoking​,​ so "No meat and cigarettes" in the flat. You (and your child) are very welcome to stay here and I hope​,​ you can rest here for a while and feel safe.
