Room with a double and single in a family home

About this listing

We have a downstairs room with a double bed and room for a single or a cot. We have a shared downstairs shower room​,​ as well as our bathroom upstairs with our bedrooms. My family is myself​,​ my husband​,​ 14 yr old daughter​,​ 12 yr old son​,​ our small dog and 2 guinea pigs. We live near Luton and about 30 miles from London​,​ 20 minutes by busway to train station then 20 minutes by train.
