appartment with private entry in the basement of our house; 18 m2 room with queensize bed​,​ closet​,​ table & chairs​,​ armchair; private WC & shower​,​ private hallway (ok to play in); we've added fridge​,​ place to cook and kitchen stuff into our spacious laundry where you will meet us when we wash. ideal for mother with child aged 5-10 as neighbor kids often come to play with us in our garden. unfortunately no pets allowed due to allergy. playgrounds​,​ public pool​,​ restaurants and tram station very close by we are looking forward to meeting you!
