Offering a one double room in the UK

My wife and I​,​ and our son James​,​ live with our small dog in a thriving town in the north of England​,​ UK. We would like to host a Ukrainian female in need of somewhere to stay. We can offer a double room​,​ space to work​,​ although with a shared bathroom facility (no bath only a walk in shower​,​ basin and toilet). We live near to plenty of shops and places of leisure including a swimming pool and two gyms​,​ but also live around lots of green space. We are near to two key cities in the UK​,​ and if required​,​ 2 hour train from the capital​,​ London. We are both retired and have plenty of experience caring for others​,​ where my wife was a nurse and I worked for the council. James works with children and adults and has a enhanced DBS Check by the British Government Safeguarding Team. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
