Temporary place for 5 in Koln or near for registration

Hello! We are family of 5: me​,​ hubby​,​ daughter 6​,​ son 1.6​,​ my mom. Now we are in Munich and in friday will go to Goslar to temporary accomodation. Our main goal is to rent appartment in Cologne​,​ so we need accomodation here to get registration and all documents. Because we cant rent any appartment by distance.. We also need help with all of this registrations and documents. We want to stay for long here​,​ get residence permit​,​ and work.
