Hi there! A cat and three friends from Ukraine are looking for an apartment on a long term (at least 6-12 months). Diana 24​,​ Katya 26 and Arkhip 18yo. We are responsible and solvent young people. Katya and I work in IT companies. I am a recruiter​,​ and Katya works in technical support department. Arkhip is a student of psychology. We are looking for a three-room apartment in Berlin​,​ preferably not in the suburbs​,​ ideally closer to Kreuzberg)) But in fact​,​ we are ready to consider any option. Price range is 1300-1500 EUR(warm) and we're willing to pay a 3 month deposit. It would be great if that apartment had some furniture​,​ but it's not crucial. If there's a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove​,​ we are ready to consider that option(It's not the first time when we're furnishing a rented apartment ourselves). The cat is a very tidy and well-mannered young lady​,​ she is spayed and her claws are being cut off in time. She wouldn't damage any furniture​,​ though​,​ we will take full financial responsibility in case such thing happens. We can also provide recommendations from our current landlord in Berlin. P.S.
