Looking for accomodation for two adults and a dog

Me (20 years old)​,​ my boyfriend (23 years old) and our Yorkshire terrier dog from Kherson region need accommodation for three days before my family arrives. After that​,​ we will apply for S status. BAZ explained to us that it is not worth doing this separately from them​,​ because we can be settled in different cantons. We are students studying veterinary medicine. I speak a little English​,​ I speak Russian and Ukrainian fluently. I would be grateful for any of your help.
