Ukrainian family of three In search of ⅔ bedroom apartment 650- 750 including additional costs Hello​,​ we are a family of three Ukrainian women: grandmother (60)​,​ mother (36) and daughter (3) are looking for a two-three room apartment from today (25.05.22) or the earliest date of entry for obvious reasons. We are already registered with the city of Nuremberg and the social welfare office as well as with the Job Center in Nuremberg. The state has agreed to cover housing costs for people in our position​,​ therefore​,​ the funding for the rent is secured and guaranteed to be covered. We are looking for an apartment that follows the guidelines provided by the city of Nuremberg. We are eligible to receive a two-three bedroom apartment which covers the 75 m2 for a cold price of 650-750 euros​,​ plus approximately 120 for heating costs. We are a responsible family. The grandmother is a wonderful gardener who has a background in physical education and a love for the outdoors. We prefer cleanliness and keep a very organised home. I work in the field of logistics and my daughter is very well-behaved. We are in the process of securing a kindergarden place for her. We are non-smokers​,​ have no pets​,​ do not use alcohol or other drugs and are looking for a peaceful environment​,​ appropriate for my child. We are planning to attend language and integration courses to help us secure employment ASAP so we can become financially independent as soon as possible. At the moment​,​ we have been assisted by a wonderful family​,​ but their landlord will not allow us to stay past June 9​,​ hence the urgency of our post.
