Hello everyone ! My name is Maria​​,​​ from Kyiv​​,​​ Ukraine. I’m looking for rent 1 room in shared apartment or small apartment for long-term in Wädenswil (canton Zurich). I received the status S​,​ the rent will be paid by the state​,​ the socialamt. My budget : 700- 850 chf (if i will live in shared apartment)​,​ if i rent small apartment up to 1100 chf. I am allowed live only in town Wädenswil​,​ Schönenberg​,​ Hütten and Au. About me: I’m 40 year old. I speak English​,​ German beginner​,​ Russian and Ukrainian languages. I have a law degree. At the moment​,​ I began to study on-line courses in IT. I can speak English quite fluently. I also have experience as a manicurist​,​ as a self-employed​,​ and if it possible i want to keep doing it here. I’m open-minded and kind person​​,​​ very respectful of personal space​,​ ready to help you with any kind of house work.
