Small room for a nice single woman

I am looking for accommodation for my Mum in Vienna​. She is obsessed with cleaning everything so the apartment will be well maintained. She needs a room to sleep and cook. Her main activities is to babysit my daughter from 14 to 18 while I’m working. She is looking for separate apartment and can pay up to 450 euro with utilities. Any suggestions are welcomed.
