Looking for apartment in Berlin

Hello everyone​,​ I am from Ukraine due to everybody knowing circumstances. I have two children​,​ 4 and 9 years old. We are looking for long term accommodation in Berlin with the option of payment by social (budget 700 Euro). I have already contract for 6 months with the landlord but we share a flat with another family and want to move to separate apartment. I lost my job due to war​,​ so now I attend Deutsche language courses and looking for new job. My son attend to school and daughter to kindergarten. We are friendly​,​ neat and decent team. I would be very grateful if anyone has any suggestions for an apartment.
