Charming babushka is looking for a place to stay

Hi all​,​ first and foremost​,​ thank you so much for helping Ukraine. I'm looking for a place to stay for my mom. She is 67 years old cute Ukrainian babushka who is fleeing the war. She speaks Ukrainian​,​ Russian​,​ and a bit of German (she attends a German language course). She is a very quiet​,​ humble​,​ and tidy person. She gets along with people and pets easily​,​ she likes to cook and watch the garden. She is now staying in Thalmassing (Bavaria) with a temporary host​,​ but she is going to be homeless from August 1. Her only friends live in Ingolstadt​,​ so she desperately needs accommodation in that area. Either room or a tiny apartment would suffice. We'll deeply appreciate your help!
