Looking for accommodation in big city in UK

My 18-year-old son and I wanted to go to the UK under the "Homes for Ukrainians" program. A woman in London told me that her family was willing to take me and my 18-year-old son to their home in London. We applied for a visa together. That was on June 05. Two days ago we received notification that our visa is ready. I informed our sponsor​,​ but the woman wrote to me that she was no longer confident in her ability to accommodate us. We are in a situation where we got our visa​,​ but we have nowhere to go. So we should look for a new sponsor or person who could host us. We can be accepted for a short period of 1-3 months.
