Looking for apartments with my mother and 2 little pets

Me and my mama come from Ukraine​,​ now we living in social house and government says to us WE MUST find apartments​,​ but it’s really really hard find something in Belgium if u a student from Ukraine with 2 pets and mother with acromegaly and tumor​,​ so I hope someone here will help us to rent something or give some place for some time.
