Looking for accomidation in UK

I am 17 years old (soon to be 18)​,​ my name is Miroslav. I am looking for accommodation in the UK at least for the next year. The reason: everything is bad with money and education​,​ and due to power outages​,​ it is not possible to study normally and often have to sit in basements where generators are installed in order to at least somehow continue to study. I'm not asking for any ideal conditions​,​ I need at least a small room where I can study and also work. The only problem is that I am under 18​,​ and in order for me to go abroad​,​ the sponsor who can shelter me will have to arrange guardianship for me until I am 18 years old. 18 is due very soon​,​ so I don't think it will be a big problem.
