The house is conveniently located near 401 ​/​ 405 route and a variety of restaurants and shops​,​ making it the perfect place for someone who enjoys the convenience of city living. Suitable person would be on the EU temporary directive list and have a PPS number. As we will be seeking the Accommodation Recognition Payment​​,​​ Cleaning and tidiness are very important to us​​,​​ we expect the same from anyone staying with us​​,​​ Reasonable contributions towards utilities requested.
