Hello, I'm Scott W.

I grew up in Idaho on a family farm. I lived in California for over 10 years, got married, then relocated to Twin Falls in 2005. Since then we divorced and had no children. However, we are still friends and keep in touch. I have a brother, sister-in-law law, and many nieces and nephews that live close by. In 2007, I began working in schools to help children learn. I want to be a good role model for them. While doing this I went to the College of Southern Idaho and Lewis-Clark State College and became an elementary school teacher in 2014. Since then I have been teaching 2nd grade for the past 7 years. I am 53 years old, and enjoy my career. Throughout the year I teach from August through May and am off work for June and July. I have a small Jack Russell Terrier who is 1 year old and lives in the house with me. She is very playful at times but also loves to be around people. I like to cook new recipes in the kitchen, build things out of wood, and enjoy gardening during the warm months. I also like to go fishing and love hiking in the Summer. My dream is to hike the Pacific Crest Trail when I retire from Mexico to Canada. I have a lot of friends and colleagues in the area. I am friendly, easy going, and will try and help any way that I can. I can send you videos or pictures of me in the classroom or around my home if you like.
