Hello, I'm Yevheniia M.

My name is Zhenya or Ginny (it's easier). A couple words about me. I'm 25 and this is my second war. I was born and raised in Luhansk, I graduated from school there and in the year of my graduation the war came into my city. I was forced to move. My mom and I moved to Kharkiv, I got into university there and slowly Kharkiv became my second home. I started to feel comfortable there and almost stopped being scared of fireworks' sounds. I found new friends, favourite spots in the city.. And then on the 24th of February, putin bombed my city once again. I didn't leave right away, I thought that he will be stopped and the situation in Luhansk won't be repeated. But everything turned out to be way worse than I've ever imagined. So I packed all my life in one suitcase and left Kharkiv. I didn't know where to go.. I've stepped into a complete unknown.. It's frightening. So now I'm asking for your help as a sponsor. I want to find a safe place for me and just stop and breathe for a moment. I'm tired of running, of being scared, of being lost. I'm a humble person, I work as an English translator/interpreter and I also teach English online. I'm into photography, films. I'm a good baker and cook. I don't have any bad habits except for a slight sport addiction 😅 I'm also vegetarian. My plan for the next 12 months is to find a job, rent a flat or a room and make new friends.
