I am currently studying in college. I do not smoke and drink. I do sports, I spend all day in classes. I'm quite calm, keep, things clean and tidy. For the next year I plan to do another Further Education course on IT, and then go to TUD. I am willing to provide 2 references from previous landlords or other sources confirming my responsibility and integrity. Please let me know if it is possible to arrange a viewing of the property and what steps I should take to progress the rental process. And another thing my contract is ending in March.
