It is to protect people arriving as authorities know where they are. It will also provide right to healthcare​,​ money for food​,​ education for children and other services. This apartment is reserved for asylum seekers only. Instructions: Ask for asylum at border control or info point at the place of arrival (airport​,​ seaport​,​ railway station etc.) - or - at police in any city. They will instruct how to get to reception center to register. After registration can stay in reception center or other accommodation.
