2 bedrooms in a house south of munich for mother and child

I am 34​,​ living with my two boys age 3 and 6 in a nice house in Murnau south of Munich. We are happy to provide 2 rooms for a mother and child (girl age 3-8) long term. I have given this quite some thought and to make it work and have a good long term constellation (until you find a job​,​ can speak the language and are ready to find a flat yourself which might take longer than a year) I have mentioned my specific requirements too. I want our house to be a home for you and all of us to feel comfortable.
