I can offer a co-use in a 1-family house in germany​,​ 65375 Oestrich-Winkel in the countryside. There is one small single room for your own use ​,​ kitchen and bath for common use. I'm a pensioner in the early sixties​,​ type down to earth​,​ solid and modest​,​ living alone with my little dog Kitti. Due to the size of the house the capacity is limited to 1-2 persons​,​ preferably one or two females​,​ or a mom plus 1 or maximum 2 children ​/​ grand mom ​/​ sister & brother​,​ good mannered and helpful. The house is part of a diskret property and only the residents have access to their homes. It is very safe and privat. You will have bus and train station nearby​,​ less than a 10 minutes walk and a 5 minutes walk to the rhine river or the wineyards. Bigger cities distances Wiesbaden​/​Mainz appr. 25km​,​ Frankfurt 50km
