Hi my name is Alix We have a room available (free) and are willing to sponsor a couple​/​ family for a UK visa. We have a large double bed in self contained ensuite shower room. Room for cot​/​additional mattresses for a child. This is the guest room of our 5 bedroom detached house on the edge of Marlow​,​ Buckinghamshire. We are a married couple and live with 2 children​,​ aged 12 (boy) and 14 (girl). The guest room is accessed by separate staircase to the rest of the house. We have 2 cats and 6 chickens and a garden with a trampoline and climbing frame. Marlow is a beautiful town in the countryside about 45 mins from central London by car or train. There is a station 1 mile away with hourly trains to London (and elsewhere) and a regular bus service a short walk from our home. However we both drive and can help with transport needs. To get here: Heathrow airport is 30 mins away by car or we can collect you from the airport or High Wycombe or Maidenhead train station (each 10 mins away). I am a lawyer and my husband is a pharmacist. Update: we also have lots of friends and neighbours who really want to help​,​ so please get in touch - we have organised for around 20 Ukrainian families to come to Marlow already.
