Double+ room (ex dining room)

Hi​,​ I'm in West Sussex by the south coast. You will be welcomed into my crazy​,​ messy​,​ loved 4 bedroomed​,​ two bathroomed household. I have a teenage daughter at University who visits occasionally. A teenage son who is super clever!! A lodger who is car mad who has his own room and the shower room! And me​,​ who has been single like forever so I have the nickname 'Dave'. The dining room​,​ which will be converted​,​ would house two singles or one double or one single and bunkbed. Has a woodburner​,​ but also has a radiator if children are involved. I have a bathroom you will share with me and my son​,​ a kitchen (where I normally sit) and are welcome to share the rest of the house with us. I have two dogs (Bosnian rescues - medium sized) and a cat. I have a large garden and am working on an area being an allotment. My house is not a show home​,​ but it is a loving home :-) I work full time​,​ but have a car so can help sometimes with lifts. :-)
