Suitable for 1 adult​,​ or 1 adult and 1 child to share. I live in a quiet village area approximately 30 minutes by bus or car to Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a large city in the north east of England with many employment opportunities. There are also smaller towns all within 20 minutes of my village where you may be able to find employment. I am located approximately 10 minutes from the sea. I am able to offer a double room with access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. I have a cat but she is very friendly and will be happy to welcome you. For this reason I am unable to consider people with pets. The room would be suitable for either a single adult or adult and 1 child if you would be happy to share.
