Flat​/​room in Berlin. Prefer long term

looking for 1-2 room apartments. From from November 1st. I am from Ukraine but I have all permissions to stay here for a long time. 
- Preferably long term but short term can also work (min 3 months)  - Balcony will make me happy​,​ I love growing some plants and spending time with a coffee.
- Price - I want 650 euro +- ​,​ but if room 500 euro max. My favorite areas : Neukölln​,​ Kreuzberg​,​ Friedrichshain​,​ Alt-Treptow
