Moin​,​ I offer a 14qm room​,​ equipped with the basics and including all utilities and internet starting immediately but only for 1-2 months. As the photos show​,​ the room is furnished like the rest of the apartment in a minimalist yet cozy style with white wooden flooring. The room is well suited to get a foothold in Hamburg and from here comfortably look for a suitable WG or apartment. The apartment and the room is unfortunately not for sensitive ears. Rather for someone who is not bothered by passing trains that are clearly audible. From time to time the neighbors downstairs are also clearly audible. I myself have lived in this room for years​,​ because it is super sunny and the view of Hamburg is really beautiful. The room is equipped with a clothes rail​,​ table​,​ storage space​,​ a large bed and internet. A real highlight is the location: The 2 room apartment is centrally located between three trendy districts​,​ Sternschanze​,​ St.Pauli and Altona. Here at the Sternbrücke​,​ it is definitely lively​,​ but is most of the time in the evening rather quiet. You have various shopping opportunities (Edeka​,​ falafel store​,​ pizzeria)​,​ kiosks​,​ bars and can enjoy Hamburg without long journeys! Many things can be reached quickly on foot​,​ the bus stops in front of the door and the S-Bahn (Holstenstraße) can be reached in 3 minutes. If you like it green​,​ the beautiful Wohlerspark is right here around the corner. The kitchen and the bathroom. The house is rather old​,​ but that is exactly why the small minimalist apartment is so charming. It captivates with its corners and edges and is in itself very bright and friendly because it is located upstairs. Immediately when you enter the apartment​,​ you will notice the vintage window in the kitchen! The kitchen is my problem child and I am also a bit overwhelmed with it. It needs a. A few more shelves to become a Wg kitchen and a little more coziness. Therefore​,​ I would be happy if you bring more craft talent than me and feel like creating something. There is no dishwasher and temporarily no washing machine. Until I find one in special size. A washing center is 8min away from here. The sun is shining in the morning till afternoon and if you look out of the window you will see Hamburg​,​ the passing trains and the church. The bathtub is located in the kitchen. Don't worry​,​ there is a wall with curtain separating the two areas and of course a kitchen door. The bathtub has something very cozy​,​ but was installed slightly elevated​,​ so it is more relaxed for tall people to shower sitting or take a bath right away. The mini toilet is separate​,​ and also has a window. You would share the apartment with me. My mother is from Ukraine​,​ so I have a Ukrainian passport. I was born in Moscow and have friends from both countries. I work in home office as a web developer​,​ I like minimalist and simple lifestyle and get up quite early in the morning. Good food​,​ traveling​,​ sports​,​ interesting conversations about the world and personal development​,​ a round of slackening or frisbee in the park is always possible with me. Depending on how much everyday life is just so​,​ I am quite open to what to do together. Also like to just do my thing and let everyone his space and his way of life. The main thing is that we take care of each other so that we feel comfortable with each other in this small apartment.
