Help with renting

Ladies and Gentlemen​,​ I am Katya (29 years old​,​ teacher​,​ no pets) and my sons (4 and 6 years old). They fled the war in Ukraine. I have an official residence permit in Germany for two years (LEA). I will live and work in Berlin. We would like to rent any apartment for me and my sons. Preferably in the Lichtenberg area (because here we are waiting for kindergarten and school). But consider any other suggestions. I have applied for a social housing rental permit​,​ but I am still waiting to receive a WBS. We are currently receiving salary replacement payments in accordance with paragraph 24. I am registered with the Berlin Lichtenberg Job Center. Job Centr will cover my apartment rental costs up to € 800. But I need help finding housing and offers for me.
