Dear Sir or Madam​,​ My name is Timofiy​,​ I am 23 years old. I was born in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine​,​ in a large Christian family of seven. Due to the ongoing war​,​ I have to seek refugee status outside of my country and am trying to find sponsorship through the U4U program. This is to move to the USA and start a new life in safety. In Ukraine​,​ I worked in marketing​,​ specifically managing targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Before that​,​ I worked for a local financial institution. I also studied Economy at the Ukrainian Institute of Arts and Sciences in Bucha​,​ but unfortunately​,​ I was not able to complete my studies due to COVID-19 and later the ongoing war. I plan to resume my education in the country where I will live​,​ focusing on marketing​,​ but I am also open to studying new fields for me like IT technologies. While I am still young​,​ I want to find a place where I can live long-term​,​ build a stable and safe career​,​ create a family​,​ and overall build my life. I wish to live in the USA because I share the common values of the USA​,​ such as valuing human life​,​ democracy​,​ and freedom. Additionally​,​ I am an Adventist​,​ and the USA has a strong Adventist community that supports my faith and values. In my spare time​,​ I learn new skills in IT​,​ specifically in areas like web development. I believe that my background in digital marketing​,​ financial analysis​,​ and IT will enable me to make a positive contribution and be a valuable member of my new community.
