London UK double and single room

About this listing

Double room is large and could fit a second single bed. Single room is OK for one adult or 2 children but is currently full of boxes and stuff so can't get a good photo. I'm waiting for curtains for the double room which I just decorated. Place is a house and I have bedroom downstairs​,​ so we will share living room​,​ bathroom and small kitchen. It has a garden and I would allow you to bring a pet. I am 52​,​ a building surveyor working in schools. Girlfriend lives in France. Neighbours are friendly and area has always felt safe. Plenty of amenities nearby including schools. Can accommodate 4 people maximum if 2 are small children.
