Looking for a host family in Halifax

Hi there! We are a couple from Ukraine​,​ the city of Khmelnytskyi. We arrive in Halifax on February 20. We are looking for a host family for the first time (approximately for 1-2 months)​,​ until we complete all the necessary documents and find housing for rent. About us: Snizhanna (27 years old) is a geography teacher by education. While studying at the university​,​ I worked for 1 year at a school with children of junior high school. Later​,​ I worked in the field of service: coffee shops​,​ gas stations​,​ as well as in the field of tourism: organizer of cultural events​,​ guide in a cave. Mykola (27 years old) is a physics teacher by education. In Ukraine​,​ he worked at an asphalt plant (bunker operator) and in the service sector: assistant cook (sushi bar). He worked in Poland as a construction handyman. We have been in Poland for the last year and worked together at Zalando and McDonalds. In Halifax​,​ we plan to look for a job in the service sector​,​ factories​,​ where a high level of English is not required. We have no bad habits and no pets. We are honest​,​ decent and hardworking people. Ready to help around the house​,​ as well as pay for part of the utilities that we will use. My level of English is average​,​ my partner's is elementary​,​ but every day we devote time to learning the language. Any help is appreciated. With best regards!
