Looking for a place

My brother fled from Kiev​,​ Ukraine. He got with pneumonia on the way to Berlin and now he is treated in Charite hospital. I can barely get connected with him because he has an old phone without internet connection. Can anybody donate him any phone with enabled wi-fi that not in use anymore? I don't know what happened to him when he will be discharged from the hospital and where he is going to go. He is an older single man who desperately needing help and a place to stay
