First through Covid and now the war​,​ her prospects have been shattered by external forces that she could not control. She is in desperate need of a sponsor in the UK so she can work to repay the debts which are threatening to take her home​,​ and support her family (of which she is the breadwinner). Anna is 51 years old​,​ speaks basic English and is has already found an employment opportunity in the UK. She is planning this trip by herself​,​ so Anna would be a great fit for a sponsor that cannot support an entirely new Ukrainian family but would love to help someone fleeing a war torn country. If this wonderful sponsor would also be interested in employing Anna​,​ her restaurant experience means would make her an excellent live-in nanny​/​maid. Otherwise​,​ Anna will be low maintenance and will keep herself very busy to work and regain financial control of her family’s lives.
