Looking for accommodation in Galway

We are family of 3 people. Me, my mother(she is 76 y.o.) and my son(he is 17 y.o.). We are currently living next to Donegal town, but my son has finished his secondary school in Ukraine and applied for university in Galway (ATU Galway), that’s why we are looking for an accommodation in Galway or somewhere near by. Unfortunately, we do not have a car, so we need an opportunity to use local buses to get to city/university. We do not have any bad habits (do not drink, smoke or whatever), also do not have any pets. We are ready to pay the bills.
