Looking for an apartment in the Netherlands. Ready to pay

We are family of 5 persons from Ukraine (3 women​,​ elder man of 85 years​,​ and a baby of 8 month) Looking for a house​/​apartment in the Netherlands for a long term. Ready to pay​,​ but we can not afford Dutch prices​,​ so we are looking for a discount. The region of the country is not very important (Den Haag is a good option because we have a local friend here who can help us in case of emergency). We need 3 or 4 bedrooms​,​ 1 of which should be on the 1st floor together with the bathroom (an elder person can not use stairs). 2 bathrooms would be great but not obligatory. Location close to the bus​/​tram station is needed because we don’t have a car​,​ but need take a baby and grandfather to the hospital often. We don’t smoke​,​ don’t drink​,​ don’t have pets with us.
