Looking for housing in Amsterdam and nearest suburb

Hello everybody. My mother and I arrived yesterday in the Netherlands​,​ in Amsterdam. We are looking for a family ready to accept us. We understand that it is already almost impossible to find such people in Amsterdam itself​,​ so we really hope for the nearest suburbs​,​ since we have already found work in Amsterdam itself. About us: I am 32 years old​,​ for the last 10 years I have been working in the restaurant industry - a cook​,​ a sous chef​,​ my mother is 51 years old - a housewife​,​ previously she owned a large kennel of Lhasa Apso dogs. We come from a small village near Volnovakha.
