Need help in Rotterdam or Amsterdam

My name is Nikita​,​ I'm 17. Because of war in my homeland​,​ I had to leave the country with my mother and brother. We came to Bulgaria where we were given living conditions for 90 days​,​ which will end soon. Here​,​ my mother started feel bad​,​ in the hospital doctors find in her head a tumor and did an operation. Mom and brother will stay here with another family​,​ because of health mom can't went somewhere​,​ and now she needs money for 3 month rehabilitation​,​ so I am looking for someone who will help with housing and work in Amsterdam or Rotterdam​,​ so that I can somehow help my mother. I have a good knowledge of English​,​ I have 3 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant business (a year as a cook​,​ and two years as a waiter). When my mom's rehabilitation is over​,​ I will try to enter the university if there is such an opportunity​,​ if not​,​ I will look for options in other countries​,​ in Ukraine there will not be such an opportunity for the next couple of years because of general mobilization.
