Offer a separate bedroom for 1-2 people

I have a small two room apartment. In my bedroom there is a brand new bed in which I have not yet slept because I sleep in the living room because of the tv. So there could stay 1-2 people if necessary. The nearest big city is Frankfurt (about 40 km away) Since I work from morning to night​,​ you have enough time for yourself and nobody bothers you. If you are interested​,​ please let me know and we will clarify everything else.
