One room for mother with 1 child

I am a mother (40) with a 9-year old son - we live in a small village in the south of Germany. We can offer one room with a double bed and can share kitchen​,​ bathroom​,​ living room. We are living in a house with garden. To go to school and work you have to take the bus. Next shop is 30 mins in walking distance. Bus takes 15 mins to school. We are looking for a mother with 1 child (7-13 years) - non-smokers​,​ no pets please. There is another Ukrainian family living in the same village closely. Child goes to primary school​,​ too.
