Room in a house in Norway

Room for two people in my house in southern Norway. Surrounded by nature​,​ garden 1.300 m2 the house is 160 m2 and there are two rooms that I am not using at the moment. I am 30 years old and live alone here. I am at work most of the time. Some things you might need to know: The place is a bit remote. The nearest village with groceries and pharmacy (Åmli) is 22 km away. And the nearest city (Arendal) is 64 km away. I have a car and can lend it out if you have a drivers license. I don’t ask rent for the house but you will have to buy your own food. There is a room with a two person bed available. One other room is empty but can be equipped with a bed. Living room​,​ bath​,​ kitchen and washing machine can be shared with me. I can accept anyone regardless age and gender. As long as you are clean​,​ quite​,​ don’t smoke in or near the house and speak at least a bit English​,​ German​,​ Dutch or Norwegian so we can communicate about the basic things. I have a cat​,​ he is living in the house as well. The room is at the first floor
