We are a family of three​,​ (f44​,​ m74 and 9yr old girl) who can offer a room to a single lady. The other living facilities will be shared with us. We are an easy going family with 4 dogs living by the river in Exeter. Busy city centre 10 minutes walk away. Smallish house but lots of external space to find peace and just be.
