Hello everyone​,​ I’m looking for a new place to rent for myself and my lovely miniature dachshund (6 years old). He’s very well-behaved — doesn’t chew or dig​,​ fully house-trained​,​ and calm at home. However​,​ he doesn’t get along well with cats or male dogs​,​ so we’re best suited to a pet-free or quiet environment. About me: I’m originally from Kyiv​,​ Ukraine​,​ and came to the UK in 2022 under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. I lived with my hosts for 6 months and then rented a flat in Enfield for almost 3 years. My current landlord’s agency is happy to provide references. Unfortunately​,​ the rent has recently increased​,​ so I need to move. I’ll need to leave my current place around 24th December or early January​,​ so I’m looking for a new home before then. I’m looking for either: a 1-bedroom flat (£1​,​100 per month)​,​ or a room in a female household (£650–£800 per month). A tenancy agreement is required for Universal Credit purposes.
