We are a family from Kharkiv​,​ where the fighting is going on. My name is Jane and I am 16 years old. My mother Lena is 59 years old. There are two of us. We are without pets. I speak good English because I went to a public school and passed the Cambridge exams. I have to go to school in autumn. I won't be able to continue my studies in Kharkiv​,​ as residential houses and schools continue to be bombed there. As a child​,​ I dreamed of living in England and learning English perfectly. So my mother and I decided to come to England where I could continue my education in English. We have an intelligent​,​ friendly and creative family. I play the piano​,​ write paintings and poetry. I love and know how to cook. My mother is a gardener and florist. And a children's educator. We are regular participants in a volunteer program against drugs and pollution. We lead an active and healthy lifestyle. We are grateful in advance to our future sponsors if they can take us in at this difficult time for us. We can live either in the city​,​ or in a small town​,​ or in the countryside in a private home. We have lived in our own house in the suburbs of Kharkov and we are familiar with rural life. So we adore nature​,​ we know how to take care of the garden and pets. We are comfortable at home​,​ sociable and humble in life. We are very positive and our sponsors will be easy and comfortable with us. We love and know how to keep our house clean and tidy. We would love to be able to help our sponsors with household chores so that we can be of maximum help to them. We are non-smokers​,​ have no bad habits​,​ have no allergies and are practically disease free. I will be happy if my dream of living and studying in England comes true.
