Separate room with private bathroom Germany (40km to Frankfurt)

We are a family of 3: single mother with two kids (17 and 10 years old) living in a small town near Darmstadt​,​ Germany (about 40km away from Frankfurt​,​ Wiesbaden​/​Mainz​,​ Heidelberg​,​ and Mannheim). We live in a house with a little garden in a quiet area right next to the woods. We have got three cats (just in case of allergies). We are non smokers and fully vaccinated. We could temporarily offer a separate room with a double bed and would also have an extra mattress if needed. There is also a private bathroom.
